MTHA To Host Community Meeting For Members To Discuss Redevelopment Plan
The Maryland Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association will hold a Members only Meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 20th to provide an update on the work of the Maryland Thoroughbred Racing Operating Authority which was created by legislation earlier this year. The discussion will specifically focus on redevelopment plans and discussions around physical assets that will impact the future of Maryland racing.
The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. and be held online via Zoom Webinar. MTHA will hear presentations from Alan Foreman, MTHA General Counsel and MTHAs representative on the MTROA. Other officials who can speak to the Authority’s work will also be in attendance and MTHA President Timothy Keefe and Executive Director David Richardson, as well as members of the MTHA Board of Directors will also be available for questions.
