MTROA to discuss Tapeta surfaces at Nov. 1 meeting

The Maryland Thoroughbred Racetrack Operating Authority at its Nov. 1 meeting will hear presentations on Tapeta surfaces.
The meeting begins at noon and can be viewed via the following link: https://meet.google.com/mdq-bvuc-kyz
Presenters will be Joan Wakefield, Vice President of Tapeta Farms; and Buddy Jones, a trainer at Fair Hill Training Center.
There will be a public comment period after the presentations and an executive session to discuss potential Investment in private lands and potential iitigation.
