MTHA offices are also in operation during live race meetings at Laurel Park, Pimlico and Timonium.
When live racing is not being conducted in Maryland, the MTHA opens the Laurel Park office from 9 a.m. - Noon for all horsemen matters. Call 410-902-6842.
